'Reliability by Design' Print Campaign
As the largest electric utility in New Hampshire, PSNH receives a great deal of media attention surrounding their business, particularly when there are service interruptions. The "Reliability by Design" campaign was developed to educate customers about the lengths PSNH goes to in order to provide reliable power to its customers. By highlighting PSNH's responsiveness to situations and their significant reinvestment in the system, this campaign served to generate goodwill among customers and opinion leaders throughout the state. It also served to reassure customers about the dependability of their power by highlighting the proactive measures PSNH takes to maintain the power grid.
In addition to print ads, Rumbletree developed other components including television ads, radio spots, a collateral piece and internet advertising. This cohesive program successfully spread the word about PSNH's commitment to New Hampshire by providing reliable power to its customers.
