Cocoon, Inc., a leading innovator of corrosion protection solutions specializes in “Mastering the Elements” for the U.S. Military and private industry clients. They wanted an online presence that would portray Cocoon as a strong, cutting-edge industry leader, yet simultaneously convey their services as personal and collaborative.
Rumbletree's interactive team built Cocoon's website on the foundation of the company's three core product areas: Cover Systems, Fixed and Deployable Hangars, and Dehumidification Strategies. Each section features comprehensive technical specifications, case studies, image galleries, the ability to request price quotes and more.
The back end of the site was built with flexibility in mind, so as Cocoon broadens their product offerings they can update images and information as needed. It was also important to the client to be able to provide specific, timely information to contacts on the road, such as sending a PowerPoint presentation to a new contact during a trade show. To meet this need, the Rumbletree team built a customizable user login section of the site so Cocoon representatives can build web pages for specific people or companies. This feature allows Cocoon to provide timely information and helps potential customers make informed decisions through personal interaction. This, in turn, has helped Cocoon foster strong working relationships with their customers.
